Guide Steps
Insert the NCK dongle into a USB 2.0 port. Launch NCK Pro (or NCK Dongle software) as Administrator. The status bar should display your dongle serial number and credit balance. If the dongle is not detected, reinstall the NCK USB drivers from the installation directory and reboot your PC.
In the NCK interface, navigate to the Flash or Repair tab. Select your device brand (Samsung, Huawei, MediaTek, LG, etc.) from the drop-down. Then select the specific model number. NCK will load the appropriate flashing profile, including required boot mode and partition scheme.
Click Browse / Select File and locate your firmware:
• Samsung: .tar or .tar.md5 file
• Huawei: UPDATE.APP inside an .zip
• MTK: scatter-based folder
• Qualcomm: rawprogram.xml + programmer
NCK will validate the firmware against the selected model profile. If there's a mismatch warning, stop and verify your firmware.
Follow the on-screen instructions for your device's boot mode:
• Samsung: Power off → Vol Down + Home + USB (older) or Vol Down + Vol Up + USB (newer Odin mode)
• Huawei: Power off → Vol Up + USB
• MTK: Power off → Vol Down + USB
• Qualcomm: EDL mode (Vol Up + Vol Down + Power or ADB)
NCK will detect the device and show the model/IMEI in the log.
Click Flash / Write / Start. NCK will begin writing firmware partitions. Monitor the progress bar and log. The log will list each partition and its write result. Do not disconnect the device or dongle during this process.
On success, NCK displays "Done" or "Flash Complete" in green. The device will typically reboot automatically. If it does not, manually hold Power for 10 seconds. Allow 5–10 minutes for the first boot to complete Android optimization.

You've successfully completed all steps. Your device should now be running the new firmware. If it's booting normally — you're done! Check the troubleshooting section below if you encounter any issues.

Verify: (1) correct USB drivers for your device chipset are installed, (2) the device is in the correct boot/download mode, (3) you are using a good data cable. Also disable Windows Defender / antivirus temporarily, as it sometimes blocks NCK driver components.
They use the same software and support the same device list. NCK Box comes with a set of proprietary boot cables for older Nokia, Samsung, and feature phones, making it more versatile for legacy devices. NCK Dongle is a simpler USB dongle for modern Android devices.
Samsung devices with active Knox security or T-Mobile/Verizon carrier locks may reject unsigned firmware. Ensure the firmware is the carrier-correct variant. If the device has been previously rooted or custom ROM installed, the Knox counter may block re-flashing stock firmware without a full wipe.
Yes, NCK supports IMEI repair/write for many MTK and Qualcomm devices. This operation consumes credits. Note that writing a false IMEI is illegal in many jurisdictions — only use this to restore an IMEI that was erased accidentally during flashing.
